Say goodbye to sleepless nights and hello to one of the most powerful, potent, and effective sleep aids: 4Life Transfer Factor® SleepRite! We spoke with Lawry Han, VP of Product Development, to learn the ins and outs of 4Life’s newest sleep supplement.* Keep reading to learn more.
A: SleepRite helps people fall asleep quicker and easier, so they feel restored and refreshed the next morning. This formula has three major unique features:
A: We have known for decades that lack of sleep impacts your immune system. However, it is a relatively new scientific discovery that your immune system can impact your sleep health and sleep quality. Different types of immune system stressors impact sleep in different ways. A messed-up immune system can lead to messed-up sleep patterns. A healthy and balanced immune system is critical for sleep health. Building on these latest discoveries, we researched and developed SleepRite, which features 4Life Transfer Factor Blend to support your immune system and your sleep health.*
A: Sustained release melatonin has a unique and advantageous release profile compared to regular melatonin (see Figure 1). Regular melatonin typically releases into your system quickly, meaning you only get the immediate melatonin increase. Sustained release melatonin releases about half the melatonin immediately, and the rest of the melatonin gradually releases over the following five to six hours.* SleepRite helps people fall asleep at bedtime and helps people sleep through the night.*
A: A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical study is often considered the gold standard for clinical studies.
A: The clinical study evaluated the effectiveness of 4Life Transfer Factor SleepRite on sleep health and quality with real people in real life. The study results showed that after two weeks of using SleepRite, there was a 15% improvement in falling asleep quickly, a 33% improvement in falling asleep easily, and a 20% improvement in sleep health and quality, as measured by the Insomnia Severity Index (see Figure 2). We will publish this clinical study in a peer-reviewed scientific journal soon.*
A: Under FDA regulations, an Institutional Review Board (IRB) is a group that has been formally designated to review and monitor biomedical research involving human subjects. In accordance with FDA regulations, an IRB has the authority to approve, require modifications in, or reject research. An independent IRB reviewed and approved the SleepRite clinical study and declared it a minimal risk study.
A: The clinical study registry number is NCT05368909, and the study can be accessed through ClinicalTrials.gov. To find the study, go to the main page, ClinicalTrials.gov, enter the registry number under “Other terms,” and click “Search.” Or, you can click here to view the information.
A: Anyone 18 years or older who wants to support sleep health and quality can use this product.*
A: We recommend taking two capsules daily or as needed, 30 minutes before bedtime.
A: Depending on your specific situations, you can choose to take one capsule, two capsules, three capsules, or four capsules each night. We recommend taking two capsules daily or as needed, 30 minutes before bedtime, as that is the dosage used in the SleepRite clinical study. We DO NOT recommend taking more than four capsules each night. Please check with your medical doctor prior to taking this supplement with any additional questions.
