This reward is for our Affiliates who go for the gold! Each new Gold Affiliate receives a timeless timepiece: an engraved Cartier watch. A symbol of status, Cartier represents luxury and opulence, and we can't think of a better way to reward your hard work and diligence.

Visit to the Lisonbee home

First-time Gold

First-time Gold qualifiers receive an all- expense-paid trip to Utah, where they'll visit 4Life Founder David Lisonbee, at his Utah Valley home. They'll also receive a tour of our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, as well as a memorable dining experience with the 4Life employees who empowered them to get where they are today.

Dream Getaway

First-time Gold

Elite Our first-time Gold Elites earn a dream getaway for two. What's your dream getaway? An African safari? An island retreat? Shopping in Paris? We can make it happen! Affiliates will work with a personal travel concierge to make their dream vacation come to life. This reward includes airfare, accommodations, and transfers for the Affiliate and their guest.¹

First-time Platinum

Reaching the rank of Platinum is one of the pinnacles of 4Life success. That's why when you achieve Platinum, you receive the pinnacle of all wristwatches: a Rolex. Rolex watches are made with the finest craftsmanship and are a symbol of luxury and extravagance that will last a lifetime.

Executive Visit to your hometown

First-time Platinum

When Affiliates achieve Gold, we bring them to Utah. When they achieve Platinum, we take the celebration to them! First-time Platinums receive a hometown visit from 4Life executives where they'll be congratulated in person!

Personalized Bucket List Trip

First-time Platinum Elite

Achieving Platinum Elite is no small feat! Platinum Elite is the highest rank at 4Life, so it's only fitting that new Platinum Elites be rewarded with an experience unlike any other: a bucket list getaway. Recipients will work with the 4Life team to plan a tailor-made, all- expense paid trip for two that includes activities, dining, and accommodations that exceed your wildest expectations.¹

Rules and Qualification Information

Affiliates who cancel their redemption after the program deadlines will forfeit their eligibility for rewards.
All Affiliates must be active and in good standing with 4Life at the time of the reward to receive the reward.
Trip rewards are for two individuals. The Affiliate is responsible for the cost of additional guests past the two individuals 4Life will cover.
My Rewards is non-transferable.
The value of all rewards is reported to your government tax/tariff agency as required by law.
